Museum is open daily and offers a up close look at the artifacts collected from the area. The Sam Stowe Campground offers 7 full hook-up sites with water ,power 30/50, and sewer. The area also has a large over night Group Site that will accommodate groups with a pavilion and RV power hook ups. The Castle Rock campground is nestled in a canyon approximately One-half mile from the visitor center. It offers a flush toilet and running fresh drinking water at various location in the campground. |

Visitors must check in at the visitor center, approximatelytwo miles away from the campground, after occupying their site. coin operated showers facilities in Sam Stowe Camp area. Camping fee includes access to museum and trails. Gathering firewood is prohibited. Firewood is for sale atthe campground. The one-mile campground road is not paved. ATV use is limited to trail access only. Additional vehicles must be approved by the park prior toyour arrival. Only registered participants in the Pottery Workshop are eligible for the Pottery discount. |
